Your diagnosis matters more than a single number.

Kidney assessment commonly uses eGFR and urine albumin-to-creatinine ratio (UACR), alongside your history and examination. Creatinine, urea/BUN, electrolytes and other results need interpretation in context. A raised uric acid level alone does not establish kidney failure.

“Bright's disease” is a historical term associated with kidney inflammation, not a precise modern diagnosis or a synonym for every form of kidney failure. Bring your current nephrologist's diagnosis or biopsy report if available.

What to bring

Recent and previous creatinine, eGFR, urea/BUN, potassium and urine reports.
Blood pressure records, ultrasound or biopsy reports if available.
Your complete medicine and supplement list, including diabetes and blood pressure treatment.
If receiving dialysis: your schedule, recent treatment summary and your kidney team's instructions.

Share reports through the clinic's agreed secure intake process after booking; do not post identifiable reports publicly.

Discuss sleep, emotional strain and practical support for living with a long-term condition.

Meals

Follow your renal team's individual fluid, potassium, sodium and protein advice. General fasting or detox plans may not suit CKD or dialysis.

Medicines

Review every product with your nephrologist. Homeopathy has not been shown to reverse kidney failure or replace dialysis, transplant evaluation or prescribed treatment.

Dialysis and urgent care

Continue prescribed dialysis and medicines unless your treating kidney team changes them. New breathlessness, chest pain, confusion or a major reduction in urine output need urgent medical assessment, not an online booking.

We do not promise dialysis withdrawal, a specific creatinine reduction, or a fixed recovery timeline. Fees and suitability are discussed after case review.
