Before you begin, understand the consultation, the care plan and the questions worth asking. Fees, reports aur follow-up—pehle clear kar lete hain.
I have tried treatment before. Where do we begin?
Start with your story: what troubles you most, what you have already tried and what changed along the way. Bring your previous prescriptions and available reports to the 15–20 minute focused consultation with Dr. Prashant Mohan Singh. The next step should follow your assessment.
Pehle aapki poori baat. Phir aapke liye agla kadam.
I have several concerns. Can I discuss them together?
Yes—prepare a short list of your concerns, starting with the one affecting daily life most. Include your current medicines and reports. Having several symptoms does not automatically mean they share one cause; the consultation helps decide what needs closer assessment.
Sirf ek symptom nahi—apni health ki poori picture saath laayein.
How do I prepare for an online consultation?
Keep your reports with their dates, current prescriptions and a brief symptom history ready. Note what you want help with and which questions you need answered. Choose a quiet space where you can speak comfortably.
Reports, purani prescriptions aur aapke sawal—teenon ready rakhein.
Is an online consultation available outside Gorakhpur?
Cura Homeo offers consultations in Gorakhpur and online across India. Start through the Consultation page so that your concerns can be assessed and the appropriate next step discussed.
Aap jahan hain, wahin se consultation ki shuruaat kar sakte hain.
How long is the consultation?
The focused consultation is planned for 15–20 minutes. A short list of your main concerns and dated reports helps make that conversation useful.
Apne sabse zaroori sawal pehle likh lein.
How soon will I see improvement?
A responsible answer starts with an assessment. Your diagnosis, history and baseline findings matter; a package duration is not a promised cure date. Ask what changes will be tracked and when your progress should be reviewed.
“Kitne din?” ke saath yeh bhi poochhein: “Progress kaise measure karenge?”
What if I do not notice improvement?
Bring that concern to your review and describe what has stayed the same or changed. Lack of progress is important information. The next step needs reassessment; it should not be explained away by a fixed promise.
Fayda mehsoos nahi ho raha? Yeh baat clearly batana zaroori hai.
What does care cost?
The current monthly care tiers are ₹1,499, ₹1,999 and ₹2,499, depending on the assessed concern. Before you start, ask for the applicable plan, duration and a clear breakdown of what the fee covers. A quoted care period is not a guarantee of recovery.
Plan samajhkar shuru karein—fees aur inclusions dono clear hone chahiye.
Can I buy a medicine directly from the website?
At Cura Homeo, care begins with a consultation and clinical assessment. The website helps you understand the approach and request a consultation; it does not offer a self-prescription shopping cart.
Pehle consultation. Phir aapke case ke hisaab se care plan.
What does Mind, Meals and Medicines mean?
It is Cura Homeo’s way of organising the care conversation: your daily stresses and routines, your food habits, and your individual medicine plan. The approach should be explained in the context of your assessment, with clear actions you can understand.
Mind, Meals aur Medicines—apne care plan ko samajhne ke teen hisse.
What should I bring to a follow-up?
Bring your previous plan, any new reports and a short account of what changed. Include what has not improved and anything that made the plan difficult to follow. These details make the review more useful than a simple “better” or “not better.”
Jo badla, jo nahi badla, aur jo follow karna mushkil tha—sab batayein.
Will I get the same result as a patient featured here?
Another patient’s experience can help you understand care, but it cannot predict your result. Reviews describe personal experiences. A case discussion needs its own history, dates and follow-up context.
Har review ek experience hai. Aapka case apni assessment maangta hai.
How should I read a before-and-after report?
Look for the report dates, the finding being compared and the surrounding case explanation. A report comparison is one part of a clinical story. It does not, by itself, tell you every treatment used or establish why a result changed.
Sirf “before–after” nahi—beech ki clinical story bhi samajhiye.
